Open the app in Shopify Admin and select Scan catalog. Use Choose collection for a smaller set of products or when the store exceeds the scan limits.

Review both listings and the shared evidence before changing your catalog. Open either product from the report to review it in Shopify Admin.

Manage your plan through Plans & billing in the app. Scan allowances reset at midnight UTC on the first of each month.

Email support@shwrk.com with the app name, scan scope, and a description of the issue. Leave credentials, customer data, and private URLs out of the message.
