SHWRK operates Duplicate Product Review. This policy describes how the app uses data from your Shopify installation.

Data we use

We use Shopify installation and session information for authentication. We read catalog data such as product titles, vendors, descriptions, SKUs, barcodes, and variant options to compare listings. We use your shop identifier to verify your subscription with Shopify and keep track of your scan allowance.

Cloudflare and AI review

Cloudflare hosts the app and its database. Cloudflare Workers AI processes short excerpts of product titles, vendors, descriptions, options, and shared catalog terms for selected ambiguous pairs. The app sends catalog excerpts without account credentials, order data, or customer records. Cloudflare describes its processing and retention in its Workers AI data policy.

Retention and deletion

We keep your latest report and scan records needed for operations and monthly limits. A new report replaces the previous report. The app uses Shopify’s uninstall and shop redaction events to remove app records for the shop.
